Due to the unique and often bespoke nature of our services and items we unfortunately cannot offer returns.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. In circumstances where you consider that a item is defective or damaged, you should promptly contact us at email@example.com with details of the order and a photo of the defect or damage.
If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange on any product.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges on the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
