Process
All graphic design projects are based on acceptance of a proposal. This proposal is written after a short discovery call.

Order a thoughtful gift in 3 easy steps:
- Choose your item/quantity
- Choose your material and colour options (check the photos for colour numbers for reference) and enter in the “Optional Notes” at checkout
- Add your item to your cart
After you place your order, I will be in touch to collect your art and get your project going.
I am pleased to partner with LakeCity Woodworkers who create low cost wooden urn boxes.
They create the box and I engrave the top.
When you purchase the service through my website, you are buying the engraving service only, the box will have to be purchased from them separately or you can bring your own box if you have one. It works best before it is assembled because my equipment has a height maximum.

Pixels & Pieces is in the Atlantic time zone and has flexible operating hours.
If your project is time dependent, please get in touch by phone.
Our standard turn around is 5 business days + shipping time from proof approval but this may vary depending on material availability.
If you purchased a delivery other than “snail mail” you will receive tracking information.
